Role:
To provide to provide support for staff in Open Office along with "normal" helpdesk services.
Tasks:
On-site support for its installed base of Open Office software (Versions 2.4 and upwards).
Delivering miscellaneous IT helpdesk support services as required from time to time in delivering general hardware and software support.
Become central point of contact for staff seeking assistance with Open Office.
