Wanted urgently (i.e. Monday) for 1 month contract based in Dublin:
To test the Oracle datawarehouse in terms of ensuring quality of deliverables by
-Building a requirements traceability matrix.
-Review of the test cases designed by test team to ensure proper coverage of all requirements of the project viz transformation rules, ensuring data aggregation happens in the manner designed etc.
-Reconciliation of historical load - validate tcs and execute them
-Reviewing and validating test results.
Test case execution on part/whole of test set to ensure quality of execution.
-Producing a test summary with a proper analysis of the quality of the final product.
Essentially candidate should be very strong in this field, hands on in test case design, execution, SQL. Should function as an independent body to validate that the project was indeed tested properly.
The ideal candidate should know DW concepts like aggregation of data, ETL concepts etc and how it can be tested.
